Delete Your HelloClass Account
HelloClass is operated by Pipaltree ( Pipal Tree Investments Private Limited)
How to request deletion
Email pipaltree.care@gmail.com from the email address linked to your HelloClass account.
Use the subject line: “HelloClass account deletion request”.
Include your full name and school name.
A parent or guardian may also request deletion on behalf of their child.
What we delete
Name, email, login credentials
Messages and Communication Lab submissions
Assignment, attendance, and grade records
Push notification device token
What we keep
Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (no personal data)
Records required by law or audit, retained up to 12 months
Retention period
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Personal data is removed from active systems and backups within 90 days.
