We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your online training session. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent to ensure a positive experience for all our learners.
If you need to cancel your training session, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. If you fail to cancel before the deadline or do not show up for the session, you will be charged the full amount of the training fee.
If you need to reschedule your training session, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time for your session.
If you are not satisfied with your training session, please inform us within 24 hours of the session’s completion. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include rescheduling the session or providing a partial or full refund.
If you paid for the training session via a third-party platform, such as Razorpay or PayPal or Stripe, the refund process will be subject to their policies and procedures.
Please note that refunds are not provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the 24-hour deadline.
